We're opening in one of Denver's most creative pockets — a short walk or bike from RiNo and City Park, surrounded by the makers, coffee roasters and independent studios our members already love. Footage in our ad was filmed at our original Minneapolis location. The Denver build takes the same DNA and drops it into York Street Yards.

Is my $50 founding deposit refundable?
Yes, your $50 deposit is fully refundable at any time before our official opening. We want you to feel confident in claiming your spot as we build this sanctuary together.
When is the official opening date?
We are currently on track to open our doors at York Street Yards in late 2026. Trailblazer members will receive regular updates on construction progress and exclusive invitations to pre-opening hard-hat tours.
What does a 'locked-in' founding rate mean?
By becoming one of our first 200 founding members, you lock in your rate for your first year, even as prices increase later.
Can I change my membership tier later?
Absolutely. You can adjust your tier selection as we get closer to opening. Your $50 deposit holds your place in the trailblazer queue regardless of which tier you eventually choose.
Do gym members also get coworking access?
Gym members enjoy access to our gym and showers. For dedicated coworking amenities, focus zones, and social spaces, we recommend the Social + Gym tier or higher.
